Each draw rolls once for the outcome. On a win, one random holder takes the whole pot: bigger bags, better odds. On a miss, nobody wins and the pot rolls over to the next draw and keeps growing. A jackpot roll pays that winner the bonus jackpot pot on top.

Every roll comes from the same future drand beacon, so it is provably fair: nobody (dev, operator, or holder) can know the outcome at commit or force one. The jackpot pays in ETH by default, or a prize token if the dev sets one.
